JEIO | heroic viticulture

Territory

Prosecco Superiore Jeio, the fruit of the know-how of the Bisol1542 winery, was born among the hills of Valdobbiadene, where heroic viticulture is practiced.

As the name suggests, it is a type of agriculture that requires a ‘heroic’ effort on the part of the farmers and the plants themselves, due to the particular environmental conditions in which they are planted, but is capable of yielding surprising wines.

Only the best grapes

From the hills of Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2019, the best grapes are selected to offer Jeio Proseccos an unmistakable taste: on the one hand the savory and botanical notes of elderflower and ginger from the steepest vineyards, and on the other hand the tropical and fruity notes, characteristic of the less steep terrain and clay soils.

Key characteristics that allow Jeio to create unique and authentic products.

Tradition and modernity

Jeio was born from the experience of the historic Bisol1542 winery. The family winery preserves its original structure intact: dug into the rock of the land of Prosecco, it maintains at all times of the year a temperature ranging from 10 to 15 ºF.

It retains the ability to arouse intense sensations and create an engaging atmosphere linked to the history and solemnity of a brand that has lived on for centuries.
